Cannot believe it sometimes

I'm sitting here minding my own business and Cassie just made me want to change my name and leave the country.  Over the years she has lost, ruined and given away so many of my favorite pieces of clothing that I cannot count.  Some items off the top of my head include a Kenneth Cole coat I wore only two times, a pink jacket that I got in Paris, my prom dress from Senior year that I used to see if I gained weight from High School, my diamond wedding ring, oh and there are so many more items that I cannot even type them without feeling my blood pressure sky rocket. I truly can picture at least 3 more coats and countless precious pieces that have disappeared.  It's really sad.

So yesterday, I went into her closet, chose a dress and wore it all day long.  The main difference is when it came back, well, it actually CAME back.  I didn't leave it where I was and had I left it, my friend would not have traded it with another friend. It did not end up in some alternate universe where dresses go to die but instead came back in perfect condition.

What does this have to do with A to Z? Well, I guess back when I was entrenched in my Love Project, I put all of my other woahs aside.  I focused on my goal and kept pressing on and now I just have way too much time on my hands for thinking and in this case, dwelling on something that bugs the heck out of me.

I won't get into the other stuff that is on my mind but suffice it to say that I feel like A to Z taught me so much in the world of patience that on the rare occasion when someone gets my goat I am in shock they were able to do it.  Mostly it's Cassie who has this crowing achievement. In fact, her room is filled with goats but every now and then only those very close to me can get under my skin too.  Usually I can keep in together pretty well but other times I just wish peeps wouldn't cross the line.  Oh well, I'm dreaming.

By the way, the thing she did to actually make me crazy was come into my room with my shirt on and when I asked her what she was wearing she said, "what were you wearing yesterday when you came home" grrrrrr.  I fully explained and by fully I mean loudly, that this was a new double standard I was about to enjoy since she owed me soooooooooooooo many clothes and since I never did that to her.  She mentioned earlier today I was more like a roommate than a Mom and to that I say, I need a new roommate.
